We are an athletic-based training facility, focused on building a community of Athletes who can train and reach their goals together. With the backing of professional athletes such as Tim Tebow, Peyton Manning, Jason Witten, Chris Paul and Chipper Jones. Our primary goal is to provide a training experience like that of a Division 1 athletic performance program. D1 has coached 1000’s of athletes and teams to reach their goals at all levels with over 160 sites nationwide.

D1 Training delivers experiences including Group, Personal (D1on1), Small Group (D1 Overtime), and Team Training.
Our Coaches.
Our Coaches provide an elite-level training experience, typically only available to world-class collegiate and professional athletes. Our 5-Star Training System utilizes science-backed training and programming to develop high-level speed, agility, strength, and conditioning.

Qualifications And Experience
Compensation: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour
D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 160 facilities open and 180 in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

- Must be selfless and willing to set appointments for other sales staff for the greater good of the organization.
- Must be a high-energy person who shows up consistent every single day.
- Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other sales people in the market.
- Must be curious and ask questions.
- Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness.
- Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all-day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility.
- Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect.
- Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out.
- Must be relentless.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
