Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed membership and service goals through effective coaching, training, and motivation.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new members, retain existing clients, and grow revenue streams.
- Conduct interviews, onboarding, and ongoing employee orientation to build a high-performing team aligned with studio standards.
- Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling shifts, managing inventory of promotional materials, and supervising front desk activities such as cashiering and POS transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone, email, or in person, ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors.
- Manage administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and record keeping to maintain operational excellence.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns and community outreach initiatives to boost studio visibility and engagement.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close memberships and upsell services effectively.
- Proven management experience with a background in retail sales or fitness studio environments.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising staff, managing inventory control, cash handling, and shift management.
- Skilled in recruiting top talent through interviewing techniques while fostering employee development through training & development programs.
