As General Manager, you are responsible for driving revenue, converting leads, nurture current members, and building a winning team culture.
You Will Own
- Lead generation → follow-up → closing → retention
- Sales KPIs, conversion %, and revenue growth
- Staff performance and accountability
- Consistently close 50% of inbound and outbound leads
- Relentlessly call, follow up, and convert leads into members
- Track and optimize lead pipeline, show rate, and close rate
- Execute promotions, partnerships, and local outreach to drive traffic
- Build a sales-first culture across the entire team
- Lead from the front—set the standard in energy, urgency, and execution
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings focused on performance metrics
- Hire, train, and develop staff to hit sales and service targets
- Hold team accountable to KPIs, conversion rates, and member experience
- Own P&L performance, budgeting, and expense control
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and consistency
- Manage membership billing, retention strategies, and reporting
- Deliver a premium, high-energy training environment
- Build relationships with athletes—from youth clients to elite performers
- Ensure every interaction drives value, results, and retention

Required Experience
- Sales Killer Instinct – You know how to close and aren’t afraid of the phone
- Proven Close Rate – Demonstrated ability to hit 50% conversion rates
- 3 Years Leadership Experience – Managing teams and driving accountability
- Fitness Industry Background – Deep understanding of training environments
- Coaching/Training Experience – You’ve been on the floor, not just behind a desk
- Business Acumen – Comfortable managing P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy
- Education – Associate degree or higher
- Relentless follow-up mentality
- High urgency and competitive mindset
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays
- Base Salary Commission
- Full-time: Monday–Friday Saturday mornings
