Job Description:
D’Vine Nail Bar is hiring 3 Front Desk / Customer Service Associates (1 per location). We are looking for individuals who are outgoing, confident, and quick learners who can keep up in a fast-paced salon environment.
This position is ideal for someone who is not shy, enjoys interacting with people, and can quickly learn and manage more advanced systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized front area
- Check in clients and manage the flow of the salon
- Walk around and ensure clients are comfortable during their visit
- Offer drinks and provide attentive customer service
- Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
- Wash, dry, and prepare towels (including hot towels)
- Assist with paperwork and front desk operations
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Must be outgoing and confident (not shy)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt fast
- Comfortable handling a more advanced POS system and turn-management system
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Positive attitude and team player
Availability:
- Open availability is REQUIRED
- Must be flexible to work different shifts, including weekends
- We are not hiring for fixed or limited schedules
