POSITION SUMMARY
The Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions.
- Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.
- Coordinate shipment of all machines
- Assist in handling post-closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.
- Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer's financing arrangement.
- Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target
- Monthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.
- Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional information
- Follow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business.
- Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Four Year business degree, accounting degree a plus.
- 5 years accounting or customer service experience, banking / loan officer experience a plus.
- Excel knowledge and experience required
- Salesforce or SAP background a plus.
