Industrial Solutions Financing Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for overseeing all leasing administrative and marketing functions in assigned regions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process lease application, prepare lease documents and follow-up on lease quotes for assigned regions.
• Assist with lease applications in other regions as needed.
• Coordinate shipment of all machines
• Assist in handling post-closing lease issues and any issues related to lease funding.
• Follow-up on all sales agreements in assigned territory to confirm customer's financing arrangement.
• Monthly review of dealer lease activity to ensure annual goals are on target
• Monthly follow-up with dealer salesmen to increase lease volume.
• Contact lenders; deal questions, explanations, additional information
• Follow-up with previous lease customers to source additional business.
• Assist in developing a direct end user marketing strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Four Year business degree, accounting degree a plus.
• 5 years accounting or customer service experience, banking / loan officer experience a plus.
• Excel knowledge and experience required
• Salesforce or SAP background a plus.
