Job Description:
The Administrative Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative duties at the dealership. This role ensures a professional customer experience and effective coordination between sales, service, and administrative departments.
- Assist customers as needed to ensure exposure to the full product line.
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
- Maintain inventory through cross-departmental collaboration.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other related information.
- Compiles information and prepares reports as requested by management and/or owners.
- Verifies "will call" and "back-order" files daily and return to vendors.
- Provides friendly, professional and efficient service.
- Participates in all training programs that are made available.
- Creates invoice for sale of parts.
- Prepare employee payroll on a timely basis.
- Advise on substitution or modification of parts when replacement is not available.
- Requires being at work on time and have satisfactory attendance.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
