Our customers love our lounges. Are you passionate about craft cocktails, local beers and creating a welcoming atmosphere? We want you to join our team!

A little bit about our bar program - we create our own specialty craft cocktails, most of them created by our teams. We also source out to local craft breweries and work closely with vendors to create unique drinks and feature trending tasty beers. Many of our stores have weekly return customers all because of our bar staff and our atmosphere.

Our teams work together and help each other out. When it comes to being a cocktail server at Blazing Onion you have to be willing to be:

• Welcoming and friendly personality
• Greet customers and provide attentive service
• Willingness to serve drinks, run food and help team members
• Strong knowledge of menus and liquor offerings
• Clean bars, work areas and tables
• Limit problems related to guests excessive drinking
• Balance cash receipts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must be the minimum age of 21
• Work in fast paced environment
• Experience in a bar setting is recommended to help bartenders
• Able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk and hear
• Able to stand for extended periods of times
• Maintain a high level of sanitation/cleanliness in area
• Is required to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed
• Check identification of customers to verify age
• Assist with cleaning projects
• Must obtain MAST and food workers permit
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
