Service Specialist

Provide a friendly, attentive and timely service to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests while presenting them with amazing food and drink. Service specialists play a key role in our guests experience.

Principal Activities & Responsibilities

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the front door
• Take beverage and food orders from guests
• Monitor open dining areas
• Communicate with the floor manager
• Answering the telephone correctly
• Properly book reservations
• Explaining the ordering system to all guests
• Clean work areas, tables and prebus tables
• Receive and process payment for all guest’s orders
• Must maintain dessert case
• Must be able to bring food to tables from expo
• Perform side work during and after shift
• Ensure guests are satisfied with food and service

Job Requirements

• Must be the minimum age of 16
• Ability to memorize and learn our menu
• Ability to work under stressful situations
• Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to present information in oneonone and/or small group situations to guests and other team Members of the organization
• Ability to work with Team Members without judgment or criticism
• Ability to compute mathematical calculations
• Ability to input and access information in a point of sale system
• Ability to count money before and after a shift

Level of Authority & Restrictions

• No supervisory authority.

Physical & Mental Demands

• Must be able to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk and hear.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of times.
• Must be able to handle guest complaints and respond appropriately

Working Conditions & Environment

• Must be able to handle high volume environment
• Is required to work all shifts, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must obtain food workers permit and MAST
• Must have employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to memorize our menu
• Maintain a clean uniform
