We are actively seeking a senior-level Production Manager to join our leadership team and drive operational success across our landscape maintenance and groundskeeping divisions.

About the Role:

As the Production Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our field operations—leading crews, optimizing efficiency, maintaining standards of excellence, and delivering best-in-class service to our residential and commercial clients. You’ll work side-by-side with leadership to shape a culture of ownership, training, and performance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all daily operations for landscape maintenance crews
• Create and execute daily/weekly production schedules
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations
• Train, coach, and mentor crew leaders and team members
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Conduct site visits, quality control inspections, and field audits
• Resolve issues quickly and decisively—whether it’s a missed detail or a customer concern
• Collaborate closely with Account Managers and upper leadership
• Champion safety compliance and operational excellence across all teams

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in landscape production or a related field
• Proven ability to lead teams and hold them accountable
• Deep knowledge of lawn care, plant health, irrigation systems, and seasonal maintenance practices
• Strong scheduling, time management, and organizational skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with internal teams, customers, and vendors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
