Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, located in Farmington, MO, for a Self Storage Facility Manager. The Self Storage Facility Manager's daily tasks include managing rental agreements, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the property, providing exceptional customer service, processing payments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring proper organization within the facility. The manager will also oversee unit inventory and maintain records to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and address their needs.
- Organizational, Time Management, and Record-Keeping skills to manage storage units and maintain records accurately.
- Basic Computer and Administrative skills, including proficiency in handling payment systems and using facility management software.
- Maintenance and Problem-Solving skills to ensure the property is clean and operational, and to troubleshoot facility-related issues.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail and reliability.
- Previous experience in customer service, property management, or a related field is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
