What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installations and replacements while delivering the level of workmanship and customer service D&H is known for.
You'll be responsible for:
- Installing and replacing residential HVAC systems, including horizontal and vertical split systems, gas and heat pump systems, and rooftop and ground package units.
- Completing installations safely, efficiently, and according to D&H quality standards.
- Diagnosing and replacing HVAC components, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, thermostats, filtration systems, and low- and high-voltage wiring.
- Educating homeowners on their new equipment and identifying opportunities for accessories or system enhancements when appropriate.
- Providing an excellent customer experience from arrival through job completion.
- Working closely with the installation and operations teams to keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of Lead HVAC Installation experience
- Strong residential HVAC installation and refrigeration knowledge
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Ability to confidently use refrigerant gauges, manometers, micron gauges, voltmeters, and other standard HVAC testing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot HVAC equipment and components
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and customer service
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of installations
- Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC installation
- Required hand tools appropriate for the position. Tool lists are available based on job level.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
