D&H Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated HVAC Install Helper to support our team of experienced technicians and contribute to our legacy of excellence. What You'll Do:
- Assist lead HVAC installers with residential retrofit installations of heating and cooling systems
- Perform ductwork installation, equipment setting, brazing, evacuations, and startups under supervision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers
- Follow company safety standards and best practices at all times
- Learn and apply industry knowledge to grow toward becoming a lead installer
What We're Looking For:
- 1 years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
- EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must have basic hand tools and be willing to invest in additional tools over time
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs, work in attics and crawl spaces, and tolerate seasonal outdoor conditions
