Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lake Charles, LA, for a Construction Project Manager. The role involves overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, managing budgets, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are completed to standards, on time, and within budget. Additional duties include monitoring project progress, addressing any challenges, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
- Experience in Project Coordination and Project Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for construction projects
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction management software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in civil construction or related projects is highly desirable
