How You’ll Contribute
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems (sprinklers, drip, valves, controllers, pressure regulation)
- Restore proper zone operation and optimize performance to reduce waste
- Document findings and communicate repair needs clearly
- Work independently in the field with minimal supervision
Required qualifications/skills
- 1–3 years of irrigation maintenance or landscape technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and efficient repair execution
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor all day

Your Day, In Motion
Your morning starts early (Mon–Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm) as you map out stops across Reno–Sparks. You’ll move from neighborhood homes to HOA properties, checking how each system is performing and spotting small issues before they become big ones. Between visits, you’ll adjust for changing weather and water needs, keeping efficiency top of mind. You’ll wrap up by confirming what’s been improved, noting what’s next, and heading into tomorrow with a clearer plan—and a visible community impact in every healthy, well-watered zone.
