The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, basic landscaping)
- Complete routine inspections, troubleshoot problems, and respond to service requests and occasional urgent calls
- Track work performed and materials used; keep tools and work areas organized and safe
Required qualifications/skills:
- Prior maintenance/handyman experience with solid problem-solving and independent work habits
- Comfortable with hand/power tools; able to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle stairs/walking/standing
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and dependable smartphone; basic Microsoft Office familiarity

Your Typical Day
Your morning starts at 7:00am with a quick check of the day’s work orders and property addresses, then you’re on the road to Reno/Sparks communities. You’ll move between a few stops, coordinating access with residents or HOA contacts, documenting before/after photos, and keeping notes so nothing gets missed. Midday, you’ll restock common materials, return calls, and adjust the route as priorities shift. By 3:30pm, you’ve wrapped up documentation, staged tools for tomorrow, and left each site looking buttoned-up and professional.
