In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our customers and our technicians. You will greet guests, translate complex vehicle needs into clear, actionable work orders, manage appointments, and ensure every customer leaves happy, informed, and confident in our service.

What You’ll Do
- Provide an elite customer experience from greeting to vehicle delivery.
- Clearly translate technical vehicle needs into easy-to-understand work orders for customers.
- Manage the service schedule and appointment flow efficiently.
- Maintain open, transparent communication with customers regarding repair timelines and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure quality service and timely completion of repairs.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2 years in an automotive advisory role OR strong experience in high-volume retail/hospitality management.
- Communication: Elite verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving: A natural ability to remain calm and find solutions under pressure.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to understand and explain automotive services with confidence.
