hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and lead all F&B operations across the
property.

About the Role
The F&B Manager will oversee all food and beverage operations across three distinct outlets. The position serves as the head of the Food & Beverage division.
This is a highly operational leadership role requiring a strong presence on the floor, active
engagement with guests and staff, and the ability to lead by example.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and overall performance of all F&B outlets
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards across all venues
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental management and line staff
- Drive operational efficiencies, productivity, and service consistency
- Collaborate closely with Culinary leadership to maintain quality standards and outlet performance
- Monitor labor costs, inventory controls, and departmental profitability
- Implement and improve operational procedures and service standards
- Maintain compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and motivated team culture within a multicultural environment
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or senior F&B leader within a resort or lifestyle hospitality environment
- Strong multi-outlet operational experience required
- Hands-on management style with a visible floor presence and a guest-focused approach
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities
- Experience working in the Caribbean and/or remote island destinations is highly preferred
- Ability to adapt to the cultural and operational dynamics of island hospitality environments
- Innovative and solutions-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement
- Financially and commercially aware with strong operational acumen
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
