ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Recruiter for a luxury resort in Montana. This is a hands-on recruitment role for someone who takes pride in finding the right people, building strong pipelines, and supporting a high-performing HR function. You will manage full-cycle hiring across all levels of the organization and play a key part in shaping the resort's people strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, from line colleagues to leadership and international program participants
- Manage and nurture relationships with external recruitment partners
- Build talent pipelines through community outreach, career fairs, and strategic partnerships
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave programs, and retirement plans
- Support new hire onboarding and colleague offboarding in coordination with the wider HR team
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and present recommendations to HR leadership
- Advise managers on recruitment best practices, employee relations, and performance management
WHAT YOU BRING
- Minimum 2 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, ideally within a luxury resort environment
- Familiarity with international hiring programs is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
