The Purpose:
The Event Installer is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the production, installation, and dismantling of events across the United States. Working under the direction of the Crew Lead or Site Manager, this position assists with safely installing clear span structures, following established procedures and venue standards. This role involves collaborating with team members to ensure events are executed according to order details, developing knowledge of inventory and installation processes, and maintaining professional, courteous communication with clients and external partners throughout event delivery and strike.

This role involves collaborating with team members to ensure events are executed according to order details, developing knowledge of inventory and installation processes, and maintaining professional, courteous communication with clients and external partners throughout event delivery and strike.
The Job:
- Consult with Logistics Manager/ Site Manager about work schedule and travel arrangements
- Assist in installation and dismantling at job sites while adhering to company standards
- Utilize hand trucks, hand powered drills, and other material handling equipment to load and unload materials at event sites
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records and documentation.
- Follow and comply with all safety, work rules, and regulation while maintaining site standards
- Maintain a clean work area
The Person:
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle check
- Must be able to travel nationwide to event locations 75% or the time. Transportation will be provided.
- Regularly required to stand, and use hands to finger, handle and/or touch objects, tools or controls
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
- Work in all weather conditions and elevated heights
- Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach above shoulders, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and use foot/feet to operate machinery.
