Salaried position

Considered part of nursing management team and will have on call rotation

We treat wound vacs, pressure ulcers, surgical sites, DVT. Etc…

Knowledge on staging of wounds, treatment of wounds and ability to monitor progression

You Are Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will…

• Administers medications.
• Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catheterization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
• Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
• Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered. Other Duties:
• Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
• Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
• Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
• Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
• Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
• Assures continuity of services and care.
• Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
• Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
