Responsibilities
- Assist with payroll tax account updates with state and local tax agencies
- Process account changes including business address updates, ownership changes, and account maintenance online
- Review and update payroll tax account access for state agencies
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for payroll tax account changes
- Maintain electronic records and tracking systems for payroll tax accounts and related documents
- Follow established procedures to support payroll tax compliance
- Escalate discrepancies or unresolved agency issues as needed
- Assist with special projects and administrative support related to payroll tax operations
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred
- Previous administrative, payroll, tax, or accounting support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay Rate
$25/hr
Salary : $22 - $25
