Sr. Data and Business Solutions Architect (MDM Advisor)

Overview

  • This role is a Business Data Architect (MDM Advisor) dedicated to ensuring alignment between CX business requirements and underlying data model designs for ServiceNow. Working in close partnership with Ellie Becker, the primary Business Systems Solution Architect for CX, the position focuses on designing consistent and cohesive architecture that integrates seamlessly with the CX Customer Service Management (CSM) data model. Responsibilities include advising on master data management (MDM) strategies, ensuring interoperability across systems, minimizing technical complexity, and enhancing usability and business value through accurate data alignment. By contributing targeted expertise in architectural planning, integration design, and database consistency, the Business Data Architect improves efficiency in planning and execution phases, helping to ensure the overall success and timeliness of the Advanced Services Modernization initiative.

Compensation

  • $70.00 - $83.33 per hour
