About The Role
This position will support HR Service Delivery initiatives across core Employee Experience functions including Payroll, Benefits, Equity, HR Operations, Leave, and Global Mobility. This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to support both run-the-business activities and ongoing HRSD projects within the ServiceNow Employee Workflows ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead discovery sessions with HR COEs including Payroll, Benefits, Leave, Employee Relations, and Mobility to map current and future state processes, intake models, and SLAs
- Rationalize HR services and workflows across business functions
- Co-author PRDs, epics, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria
- Configure HRSD service components including: Catalog items, Record producers, Case and task templates, SLAs, Notifications, Quick Messages, Workspace layouts
- Build and optimize routing models using: AWA queues, Skills-based routing, Capacity planning, Schedules, Exception and overflow logic
- Write functional specifications for HRSD and HR Agent Workspace including UI Builder pages, related lists, side panels, and record headers
- Partner with integration teams supporting Workday, Payroll, Equity, and Identity systems
- Define field mappings, source-of-truth logic, error handling, and observability requirements
- Author ATF test cases for critical workflows
- Define Instance Scan rules and support UAT activities including accessibility testing
- Support reporting and dashboard maintenance
- Support hypercare activities post-release
- Operate within CI/CD and maintain update set and source control hygiene
- Maintain RAID logs and support business stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of Product and/or Business Analyst experience
- 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD experience, ideally related to implementation and/or transformation initiatives
- Strong HRSD architecture and configuration experience
- Experience writing epics, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
- Experience with Jira
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification
- Experience supporting enterprise HR operations environments
- Experience partnering with HR COEs in large organizations
Compensation
- $70.00 to $80.00 per hour W2 plus benefit and 401k options
