Endpoint Management Administrator

3-month Contract-to-Hire

Location: Cincinnati, OH (remote with occasional on-site)

Pay: $40 - 43/hr (compensation can vary depending on experience)

Most Important Responsibilities:

• Endpoint management and administration includingmanage and support enterprise endpoint platforms such as Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM, MECM), and Windows Autopilot.
• Configure and deploy device policis, compliance standards, security baselines, and application packages.
• Oversee OS lifecycle management, including patching, updates, and feature deployments across endpoints.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell or similar scripting tools to improve provisioning, deployments, reporting, and remediation.
• Enhance endpoint performance, login/startup experience, and software distribution processes.
• Implement and manage endpoint security controls including encryption, conditional access, and threat protection measures.
• Monitor device compliance, assess vulnerabilities and partner with security teams to mitigate risks.
• Provide Tier 2 support for complex endpoint-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving operating systems, hardware, connectivity, applications, and device enrollment.

What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:

• 3 years of experience in endpoint engineering, systems administration, or device management.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Autopilot, Group Policy, Azure AD, and Windows operating systems.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred).
• Understanding of endpoint security, compliance frameworks, and configuration management.
• Experience supporting both Windows and mobile device environments.
• Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A , or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Virtualization experience (VMware) or strong working knowledge
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Endpoint Administrator, Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 certifications) or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, identity-based security, and conditional access.
• Experience with application packaging (MSI, Win32, or scripting-based deployments)
