Overview
- We are seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to support and scale customer advocacy, reference management, and customer engagement programs. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career marketing professional looking to gain hands-on experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, and cross-functional program management within a fast-growing enterprise technology environment.
- This role will help manage customer storytelling, reference fulfillment, customer reviews, and advocacy initiatives that support sales, analyst relations, public relations, and marketing efforts.
- Support the day-to-day execution of the customer advocacy program
- Manage and grow the UserEvidence Advocacy Hub, including customer recruitment and engagement initiatives
- Recruit customers to participate in advocacy activities and reference programs
- Secure third-party customer reviews through platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2
- Partner with sales teams to identify customers for speaking opportunities, external quotes, case studies, and advocacy initiatives
- Source and build targeted customer lists based on products, industries, use cases, and strategic business priorities
- Create and maintain customer speaker profiles, customer attributes, tagging structures, and reference content within ReferenceEdge
- Support ongoing customer reference data management and platform-related projects
- Collaborate with sales, product marketing, communications, and field marketing stakeholders
- Introduce creative ideas, process improvements, and scalable advocacy strategies
- Utilize AI tools and modern workflows to improve productivity and program effectiveness
- 2 to 5 years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, customer references, or related marketing functions
- Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-starter who can work independently and drive execution
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS or technology organizations preferred
