Title: Customer Marketing Specialist
Location: Santa Clara, CA

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Support the day-to-day execution of the customer advocacy program.
Lead the User Evidence Advocacy hub including customer recruitment and driving engagement activities.
Secure third-party customer reviews through platforms such as Gartner Peer Insights and G2.
Conduct sales outreach to identify customers for speaking opportunities, external quotes, and advocacy activities.
Source and build targeted customer lists based on products, industries, use cases, and strategic initiatives.
Create and maintain customer speaker profiles, tagging, attributes, and reference content within Reference Edge while supporting ongoing data management initiatives and additional platform projects as needed.
Be creative and introduce fresh ideas, strategies, and processes.
Use AI tools and modern workflows to improve productivity and efficiency.
Skills:
Experience with customer reference programs, customer marketing, or advocacy marketing functions.
Demonstrated success building strong relationships and working collaboratively across teams.
Strong program and project management skills; ambitious, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Results-oriented, independent thinker focused on execution and follow-through.
