Responsibilities
- Review existing knowledge and update it to align with new content standards, templates, and classification models
- Align documentation for clarity, consistency, and operational accuracy
- Migrate content between systems and locations, ensuring the right knowledge lives in the right place and follows required structures
- Identify gaps or ambiguities in existing content and partner with team members to resolve them
- Execute migration of content from templates to contentful platform, coordinate needed updates with content authors, and educate authors on the
- process
- Gather and track content through the various editorial stages
- Apply basic metadata, tagging, and categorization standards as defined by the program
- Flag outdated, redundant, or conflicting content and support cleanup and consolidation efforts
- Work cross-functionally to implement content and CMS best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate effectively
- Experience interpreting or maintaining operational or technical documentation (e.g., SOPs, work instructions, internal process docs)
- Comfortable working through large volumes of existing content and improving it systematically
- Willing to ask questions, seek clarification, and validate assumptions with subject matter experts
- Comfortable doing hands-on editing, reformatting, and content migration work
- Is proficient in using content management systems and tools used for editing
- Is proficient in the Google Workspace suite
- Exposure to Knowledge Management concepts or structured documentation standards
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Familiarity with AP Style, or other major style guides
- $90-110/hr.
