• Business Analyst I - HR Technology (Part-Time)
• Location: Remote (Adobe team based in San Jose, CA)
• Duration: 8/10/2026 to 5/21/2027 (Contract)
• Schedule: Part-Time, 20 hours/week (4 hours/day, Monday-Friday)
  
  

• Seeking a Business Analyst to support the HR Technology organization by driving portfolio governance, maintaining Jira data integrity, and improving operational execution across HR Technology initiatives. This individual will serve as the Jira Governance and Portfolio Hygiene lead while also supporting Adobe's Software Optimization program for the HR organization.
  
  

• Own and enforce Jira governance standards across HR Technology initiatives and enhancements
• Ensure accurate reporting of project status, milestones, risks, trends, and executive summaries
• Lead regular portfolio hygiene reviews to identify stale data, overdue milestones, and incomplete records
• Manage enhancement intake, including Small Enhancement Requests, while maintaining clear separation between strategic initiatives, enhancements, and operational work
• Maintain and improve Jira governance documentation, standards, and best practices
• Prepare portfolio reporting and executive-level insights with accurate project health and risk visibility
• Serve as the HR category lead for Adobe's Software Optimization program
• Guide stakeholders through Nestware, Non-Standard Request (NSR), and Software Standards Committee (SSC) governance processes
• Validate software usage requests and document exclusions to reduce redundant tools and ensure compliance
• Partner with Portfolio Leadership, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, and governance teams to improve transparency and execution
  
  

• 2-5 years of Business Analyst experience
• Experience supporting portfolio governance, delivery reporting, or operational processes within a technology or enterprise environment
• Hands-on experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data quality issues, risks, and inconsistencies
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
