Job Description
The Brand Management and Marketing team leads the development of global strategic, long range property and marketing plans supporting Paramount's key entertainment franchises across the Global Products and Experiences division. This team serves as the central point of coordination across franchise teams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and strategic execution.
As a Brand Management Coordinator, you will help support franchise planning, marketing strategy, and cross functional collaboration for Paramount's entertainment brands.
Responsibilities
- Support development of long range property and franchise plans
- Assist in managing brand lifecycle planning across consumer demographics
- Create PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and brand materials
- Help develop franchise brand plans by gathering and validating information across internal teams
- Research consumer insights and market trends to support brand strategy
- Translate research into actionable brand recommendations
- Partner with licensing, retail, marketing, and cross functional teams
- Support go to market planning and franchise marketing initiatives
- Maintain organized documentation using SharePoint or similar shared platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in brand management, franchise marketing, licensing, or franchise management
- Entertainment industry experience is required
- Experience supporting brand strategy or go to market planning for entertainment properties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and slide creation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SharePoint or similar shared document systems
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Collaborative team player who works well across multiple departments
- Self starter who is dependable and proactive
Pay Rate
- $21.37 to $26.36/hour
