Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Hands-on StrataCare configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, pricing logic, fee schedules, edits, and payment rules.
- Ability to analyze and document end-to-end requirements.
- Experience developing and maintaining configuration rules and automation logic.
- Expertise in designing and executing complex test scenarios and datasets.
- Strong defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution skills.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks.
- Ability to contribute to automated testing suites.
- Experience supporting implementation, deployment, and post-go-live validation.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Proven experience configuring vendor billing applications.
- Experience working with medical billing systems and workflows.
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Experience supporting production environments and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into StrataCare configuration solutions.
- Configure modules for billing transactions, pricing, fee schedules, edits, and payment rules.
- Build and maintain configuration rules to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.
- Design and execute complex test scripts, scenarios, and transactional datasets.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve configuration and testing defects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and enhancements.
- Support implementation activities including deployment, cutover, and post-production validation.
- Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of configuration requirements.
- Contribute to automated testing frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives.
Should Have:
- Experience working directly with vendors for issue resolution.
- Experience supporting post-production enhancements and system improvements.
- Exposure to healthcare operations and downstream billing impacts.
