Job Overview:
- Responsible for managing end-to-end engineering projects including design, procurement, construction, installation, and qualification.
- Ensures successful delivery of projects aligned with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards while supporting operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering such as Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical.
- 5 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, or process design.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
- Experience in Food or Pharma manufacturing and regulatory standards preferred.
- Experience with utilities such as chillers, boilers, and air compressors preferred.
- Experience with technical documentation such as SOPs and work instructions.
- Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of project engineering including design, procurement, construction, and installation.
- Plan and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Monitor and drive project performance metrics and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external resources to ensure project execution.
- Develop cost estimates and conceptual designs for new products and processes.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment and processes.
- Establish engineering standards and support global technical initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives across sites.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance to team members.
- Maintain clear communication across all levels of the organization.
Should Have:
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Professional Engineer certification.
