Job Overview:

- The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and successful delivery of enterprise solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and architecture teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to align scope and priorities.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance requirement analysis, documentation, and impact assessments.
- Support user acceptance testing including test case reviews and defect triage.
- Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements.
Requirement/Must Have:
- 7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong process modeling and workflow analysis skills.
- Experience working with complex enterprise systems.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Should Have:
- Experience in insurance, annuities, retirement services, or financial services.
- Familiarity with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Exposure to policy administration systems, data platforms, or digital portals.
- Experience working in onsite and offshore delivery models.
- Ability to review technical designs and API-level workflows.
