We are looking for a Desktop / Field Support Technician for our client in Saint Louis, MO

Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in desktop and end-user support.
- Experience supporting Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of VPN, network printing, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and SLA management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Experience:
- 4 7 years of experience in onsite IT support or similar roles.
Responsibilities:
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Perform break-fix support, IMACD activities, data migration, and system refreshes.
- Provide desk-side and onsite technical support to end users.
- Manage ticket queues and ensure timely resolution within SLA.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Perform software installations, updates, and configuration changes.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting end-user experience proactively.
- Support IT setup for onsite and offsite events and meetings.
- Assist with disaster recovery and emergency IT response.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Conduct access reviews, risk assessments, and maintain compliance logs.
- Coordinate with Level 3 support teams and project teams for escalations.
- Participate in on-call support on a rotational basis.
Should Have:
- CompTIA A certification or equivalent.
- Experience working in diverse technical environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to travel to remote sites as needed.
