Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience working as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs.
- Experience leading sprint planning and release coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience defining product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, QA, and operations.
- Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Own, create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog.
- Lead sprint planning sessions and define sprint goals.
