Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, i.e., Biomedical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 1 5 years of experience.
- Successfully completed training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy.
- Knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and information technology.
- Knowledge of basic chemistry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a resource for the technical maintenance and installation of the products for assigned product lines.
- Perform on-site preventative maintenance, installation, and technical updates on company products.
- Diagnose mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures using established procedures as necessary.
- Document all activity in a manner compliant with the company's quality procedures.
- Adapt procedures, processes, tools, equipment, and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of the position.
- Maintain and continuously improve the quality system and achieve quality objectives through daily actions.
Skills:
- Effective customer service skills, including a positive attitude and helpful customer interaction.
- Ability to travel, including some overnight travel.
