Job Title: Maintenance Worker II

Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:
Pay Range: $41.48hr - $46.48hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 2 years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role.
- Ability to work rotating schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
- Climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
- Operate scissor lifts and boom lifts.
- Work in cold rooms and handle exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz, and refrigerant.
Nice to Have:
- Any additional trade certifications or licenses are a plus.
Skills:
- Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
- Exposure to chemicals such as glycol and utilities.
Education and Experience:
- HVAC Technician EPA Certification is not required, however a plus.
