Job Description:
- Pay: $40-46 an hr based on experience
- 5 Month Assignment possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
- Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
- The position will mainly be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP regulated facility
- Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems
- Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms
- Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
- Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation
- Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues
- Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
- Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in commercial/industrial/warehouse/or manufacturing HVAC role
- Experience with AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, and cleanroom HVAC settings
- Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
- HVAC certification is preferred
