HVAC Maintenance Worker II
Location: Framingham, MA
Duration: Contract till Dec 2026 with possibility to extend
Pay Rate: $46/hr on W2
2 Roles, HVAC Technician
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.
Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.
Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.
Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.
Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.
Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.
Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.
Minimum Education High School Diploma
Additional information:
Ability to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday, 2-3days on and 2-3 days off; 12-hour work days
Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit
HVACs will work in cold rooms
Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant
Role will operate: Scissor list, boom lift.
