Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and resolve a high volume of simple to moderately complex technical issues from internal and external customers.
- Provide timely status updates and follow-up communication to customers.
- Escalate issues to appropriate teams or departments when necessary.
- Document customer issues accurately and promptly in the call tracking system.
- Assist in real-time resolution of support issues to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay current with organizational policies, products, and industry trends to provide accurate technical solutions.
- Provide after-hours support through on-call rotation as required.
- Support organizational quality programs and perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills And Experience:
- Associate degree in a computer technology field preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of computer systems-related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of proprietary software support experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Outlook, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with call tracking systems and issue documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JURIS or claims management applications.
