- Identify, research, and resolve technical issues for internal and external customers.
- Respond to a high volume of support requests with timely and accurate solutions.
- Provide status updates and follow-up communication to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Document incidents and resolutions accurately in the call tracking system.
- Assist in real-time issue resolution to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on policies, products, and industry trends to deliver accurate support.
- Provide after-hours support through on-call responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 3 years of experience in computer systems or technical support roles.
- Experience supporting proprietary software applications.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Experience with claims management or similar applications.
- Associate degree in a computer-related field preferred.
