Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART) and facilitate ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
- Manage and resolve cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments.
- Coordinate release planning and execution across multiple Agile teams.
- Drive alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership, providing updates on status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Track and report ART-level metrics such as predictability, velocity, and quality.
- Coach teams on SAFe and Agile best practices, promoting continuous improvement.
- Support change management and drive adoption of Agile methodologies.
Required Skills And Experience:
- 8 years of overall IT experience with 3 5 years in Release Train Engineer, Release Management, or Senior Scrum Master roles.
- Strong experience with SAFe framework and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise programs.
- Financial Services domain experience is a plus.
