About the Role
We are looking for a Reliability Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to support aerospace programs. The ideal candidate will analyze mechanical and electrical component data, monitor performance, and prepare reports that support business jet and commercial platforms.
Key Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
- Onsite role in Irvine, CA
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in aerospace or related field
- Knowledge of reliability analysis methods (MTBT, MTBUR, FMEA, FMECA)
- Ability to analyze customer documents, shop findings, and historical failure data
- Experience monitoring part performance and reliability trends
- Skilled in preparing and submitting technical reports to stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Perform reliability analyses on aerospace mechanical and electrical components
- Review and interpret customer paperwork and shop reports
- Use historical data and failure rates to establish baseline reliability
- Track and monitor component performance monthly
- Prepare clear reports for internal and external stakeholders
