Job Title: Reliability Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to enhance system availability, safety, and quality across our U.S. and Dominican Republic sites. The ideal candidate will focus on analyzing equipment failures and implementing corrective actions, while continuously monitoring and improving asset performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Monitor and improve the performance of the top 5 non-performing assets daily.
• Apply reliability engineering methods to enhance system availability, safety, and quality.
• Use predictive and preventive maintenance tools to assess asset health and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with site Reliability Engineers to align on solutions and best practices.
• Mentor and train maintenance staff in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support line optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and maintenance teams to implement long-term reliability strategies.

Essential Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in reliability or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience in preventative maintenance, SAP, and automated equipment.
• Background in pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage, or similar regulated industries preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with automated machinery is a plus.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position working Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm in a very fast-paced environment. You will be working on a high-profile production line and report directly to the department head overseeing all maintenance systems and metrology. The team includes 4 direct reports and a total of 40 team members.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $48.00/hr.
