Job Description:

at least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering impactful learning experiences across diverse audiences.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI technologies to enhance instructional design, content personalization, and learner engagement.
• Advanced skills in e-learning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, with a proven track record of developing interactive modules.
• Previous experience with Intake and/or Change Management
• Demonstrated expertise in audience analysis and needs assessment, ensuring training solutions are tailored to specific learner profiles and organizational objectives.
• Strong background in program or project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Consultative experience collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning gaps, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate knowledge transfer, manage cross-functional teams, and support organizational learning strategies.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies, fostering innovation in training delivery and assessment.
