Qualifications
Active and good standing membership with the California State Bar
Minimum of 2 years of workers' compensation defense experience
Strong litigation background with comfort handling hearings and case strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desire to further develop expertise in workers' compensation law
Ability to travel to WCAB locations for mandated appearances Responsibilities
Handling workers' compensation defense cases from inception through resolution
Appearing at WCAB hearings and managing all related litigation responsibilities
Advising and representing clients in compliance with California workers' compensation laws
Collaborating with colleagues in a team-oriented and technology-driven environment
Maintaining high-quality client communication and case management standards
