This position is focused on workers' comp applicant work.
You will:
- Handle matters independently
- Draft all litigation documents
- Act as your clients guide through the process
- Attend WCABs, depos, and appearances
- Must be a member of the CA bar
- Must have a degree from an accredited law school
- At least 2 year of workers' comp experience
- You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
- You must be open to some trial work
