Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across multiple locations, ensuring that all work meets quality standards and is completed on time and within budget. This role involves significant travel and collaboration with various teams in the luxury retail sector, including high-end brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for luxury retail projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes on all job sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections for quality control and progress assessment.
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction in a timely manner.
• Maintain a strong understanding of luxury retail design and construction trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, specifically in luxury retail.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Experience working with high-end brands such as Chanel, Tiffany, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Bottega, Ralph Lauren, Christian Dior, Burberry, and Van Cleef.
• Ability to travel frequently and manage projects in various locations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
