Position Overview
The Title Processor is responsible for managing the preparation and processing of title documents for real estate transactions. This role ensures that all title searches, data entry tasks, and title insurance processes are completed accurately and efficiently, facilitating smooth and successful closings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough title searches to identify any potential issues affecting property titles.
- Prepare and process title documents required for real estate transactions.
- Perform data entry tasks related to title information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review and clear title issues, working closely with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize software tools such as Simplifile and Softpro to streamline title processing operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and guiding clients through the title process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in title processing or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of title searches, title insurance, and title clearance processes.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with title processing software, including Simplifile and Softpro.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
