Job Title: Tax Manager up to Tax Director 

Location: Hybrid Preferred Near Miami / Coral Gables

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Requirements: Must 7-15 years of public accounting experience, Mostly HNW Experience and Active CPA 

Salary: $125-150 8-10% Bonus Business Development Bonus

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies for high-net-worth individuals and business owners 
• Analyze financial and tax data to identify planning opportunities 
• Collaborate with advisors on entity structuring, income tax strategies, and long-term planning 
• Provide guidance on tax implications related to real estate investments, business operations, and wealth transfer 
• Stay current on tax law changes and communicate impacts to clients and internal teams

Qualifications 

• CPA, EA, or equivalent experience preferred 
• Strong background in tax planning - not just compliance, more advisory focused 
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and/or closely held businesses 
• Familiarity with industries such as real estate, construction, professional services, or manufacturing is a plus 
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
