We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our finance team. The successful candidate will oversee tax compliance and strategy, ensuring that all tax-related matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with regulations. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in optimizing our tax position and minimizing liabilities for our clients and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of various tax returns including individual, partnership, and corporate taxes.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to interpret tax legislation and provide guidance on tax implications of business decisions.
- Review and improve tax processes and controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.
- Coordinate and collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors during tax audits and reviews.
- Provide training and support to junior staff on tax compliance and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is required.
- Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations; experience with individual, partnership, and corporate taxation is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
